PS2>World Cup for some
By: Avinash Bali   |   Jul 26, 2006
Games are violent, games are evil, games made Brazil lose the World Cup... errr? Well, if British tabloid "” The Sun "” is to be believed, the reason Ronaldinho couldn't perform well during the World Cup was because he was busy playing FIFA 2006 on his PS2 through out most of the night, instead of you know, resting. Not only would the Brazilian Superstar strain his eyes and hands, but he would strain a lot more as he would sneak his girlfriend up to his room against coach's orders.

In a recent interview with the tabloid, Alexandra Paressant (his girlfriend), confessed that he would sneak her up at night to spend some "quality time" with her and would then sit down to play his PS2 as "He likes to relax afterwards by playing his games."

But hey, who are we to judge? I'm sure playing the PS2 and spending "quality time" with your girlfriend is way more important than a stupid cup or the dreams of an entire nation, right?
