A Budget PC Under Rs 25,000
By: Jayesh Mansukhani   |   Feb 18, 2008

Graphics: Onboard (GeForce 7050 Chipset)

The GeForce 7050 chipset, introduced last year, is currently among the fastest available onboard graphical solutions for Intel-based systems. It's Vista-compatible, can scale up to 512 MB of VRAM (taken from system memory) and easily allows for low-level gaming. For further details on the different types of variations in this chipset, see here.

Sound: Onboard (5.1 Realtek ALC662 Audio Codec)
Onboard audio has, over the years, rapidly increased in its quality of output and standard support. The codec used here is the ALC662, which is 7.1 capable and even supports S/PDIF output. This makes this chipset a great bargain as it offers excellent audio quality output and does it for free.

LAN: Onboard 10/100/1000
This is the standard Gigabit onboard 10/100/1000 LAN that gives a maximum transfer speed of 1000 Mbps. It's fast enough to take care of your broadband internet (most users have a connection speed of 256 Kbps or 512 Kbps).

How can guide this one in budget???????? What is that means?
For the cost of your configuration user can buy Mid performance PC under AMD architecture with good graphics..................... If you searching performance, reliability, value of money go for AMD. Intel is always behind AMD .
Sreekanth @ Feb 20, 2008
pls do not miss guide users by using C2D its ont Core 2 Duo

add a 3850 to this one and u have a winner...
zach @ Feb 20, 2008
i was wondering, whether the motherboard is SLi capable ??? Also, what about the graphics ??
Tapas @ Feb 19, 2008
For low budget I will suggest AMD X2 3800+ coupled with NVidia's 7050PV Chipset Motherboard like ASUS M2N-VM.
Arnov Sarkar @ Feb 19, 2008
when can we have it market
hitesh jain @ Feb 19, 2008
Wow... This is a good one, since you can't really build a true killer gaming rig for this much, you've just built the best movie / multimedia / browsing rig, and left enough room for later upgrades... I like it.... Especially the 19in monitor part...
Pankaj @ Feb 19, 2008
Pretty good........
